We have hired Kim to help us purchase or sell a home six times now. She has always negotiated the highest selling price for us and handled all details from electrical issues to Home Warranty insurance in the most professional manner. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful experience so it’s important to employ a realtor that knows the business inside and out. Kim is an amazing realtor! Kim didn't hesitate to show any home we wanted to see
Kim was also very knowledgable about the homes she showed
Kim also helped us with a problem (which she wasn't oligated to
do) with our home warranty 6 months after we had bought our house.
When we called Kim out to sell our house we told her a price and
she thought i was too low.We were very adamant about the price
but obviously should have listened to a professional Kim sold the
our home within a day

Thank you so much Kim for the help in buying a house in the Dayton Area. This was my family's first house buying experience, and Kim made it an educational journey. Within the first week she found us 3 houses that checked off most of our boxes, but we're also in our price range. Unfortunately they were all under contract within their first few days on the market. So we waited a couple of months, and Kim was patient with us(not pressuring us into a house that didn't fit our needs). She also showed us some doozies(to show us some of the mistakes buyers miss when buying houses and things first time buyers should avoid or be cautious with when buying). The house that was right for us came on the market and within two days on the market we were able to come in and put it under contract. Great expertise and friendly advisor in buying a house in the Dayton area. Highly recommend Kim to my fellow military members and anyone serious in buying a house in the Dayton Area.
